Only took the guy abut 20 minutes to fix it.  
The problem was Flute Gasket. He didn&#8217;t explain much what it is, but it seems to have cured the problem.  
It&#8217;s soooo nice to have heating in the house once again!

Presents was good. Had a nice, big roast dinner and ate pudding too.
