Last night

Last night, I got the missus to call RAC for me as I was waiting for the membership renewal paperwork to arive. Once we got to a person at the call center, guess whow e spoke to?

Yep, an Indian person. The missus has major problems with understanding what the person were saying. The missus asked for theprice and also the paperwork to be posted. And it went something like this…

Us: Can you please tell me the price for the renewal?
Them: £57
Us: Ok, thanks. Can you please send me the renewal paperwork in the post?
Them: £57
Us: Erm, ok, but can you please send me the paperwork?
Them: £57

And so on. The missus explained very carefully and clearly and they understood what she meant and said it will be in the post.

That was hard work!

And before you ask why don’t I pay over the phone, well I hate to say it but I refuse to do it to an Indian call centers as there are high fraud happening from India where they sold customer’s card details! I’m sure you’ve heard about it on BBC News and other sources. That’s why I asked for the paperwork so I can pay by cheque.

Anyway!

Work was okay today but alittle bit slow. Can’t wait for this weekend where a group of us are going to the chocolate factory up in Birmingham this Sat.
