Too busy :(

Ever since I got back to work this week from my training trip last week, my call queue has been growing with number of jobs to do and I’m trying to catch up. It doesn’t help when you have headaches, people trying to drag me to their office to sort out some problems and trying to reduce the number of open calls I have.

The more work I have done, the more jobs comes in for me to do. Still, I guess it’s better to do some work, rather than doing nothing.

Yesterday, ordered a new coffee table for the living room, should be getting it this Sat. Got it on sale price (more than half price) thankfully, as most coffee tables costs more than £250! What’s up with the high price for a simple coffee table?

Should be a good match with the new sofa that we’re supposed to get at the end of Feb or earlier. We are also looking for a new mirror to go in the living room, near the fireplace. The style design is the biggest issue as we have seen loads of different sort of mirrors and we can’t find what we wanted.

Have been busy cleaning up the kitchen tonight and cleaned the floor too. Looks better now.

My head has been boiling with some new ideas for the porch area - new carpet, new wallpaper or paint, knocking down the old wall cupboard and change it into a new partition wall with door, so can fit the tumble dryer in there along with some shelves in there.

Anyone done some plasterboard work, with frames and door frame? How easy is it? I might get some books from the local library to have a look…
