Didn’t notice that the fraud dept forgot to pay me back the other £200, it just appeared this morning, now I have the whole thing refunded so far at last! *does a happy dance*

That will go back into my savings.

As mentioned in my earlier posting, my pay rise and new job description arrived this morning via post and it includes the backdate.

So, putting it together…

* Pay rise for all staff by 2%, backdating to 1st Aug ‘06
* Pay rise for me to the next pay scale, and backdating to 1st Sept ‘06
* Pay rise for all staff of 0.8% by Jan ‘07
* Pay rise for all staff of 1% by Feb ‘07

Mmm, that will going to help me a lot for the next few days, with the bathroom improvement project and other stuff! Yeah, 0.8% and 1% is not much, but it does count!

At work, I am the only guy in the System room along with my boss as the three other guys are in London for their Microsoft training. That heped me to do my work more quicker and finishing off more work. That should impress my boss. I really can’t wait for my training in Jan ‘07 as it will allow me to expand my knowledge and at the same time, enjoy ther break in London. I’m still putting together my plans. As mentioned earlier, if you have any suggestions of any events to visit in the evening, let me know!

This is my clean desk at the moment at home - http://www.hypergallery.co.uk/random/IMG_5471 - well, I wish… I really do need to tidy my desk someday as sometiems i can’t find where some of my stuff were. Maybe an “IN” and “OUT” box to sort out the paperwork.

Today is Tuesday which means CSI night! Ohhh, speaking about CSI… ever since this TV show got popular, I have seen an increased number of “CSI” vans in Norwich, Norfolk! Yes, it’s even has the text of “Crime Scene Investigation” on the side of the van!
