Went to the city again today to buy our weekly food, a new headphone after the other one was DOA. And now she’s having 2nd thoughts about it cos of the big “aerial” over her head. I told her it’s considered as normal as many people have it, but dhe doesn’t like it.

I told her it needs to be there for the wireless to work, but she’s not having it. But then she still want one - wireless headphone. Without the “silly thingy” on the top.

I told her it’s impossible to get a good one for £40… but hey what’s the harm in asking.

Was at the city this afternoon… too many people. But got the stuff we needed sorted.

Missus got a new wireless headphone, took it home to try it out and it turned out to be DOA!

Grr, going to take it back tomorrow and get the money back as we saw a better one somewhere else.

In other news, I’m eager to do something good. But at the same time, I couldn’t be arsed to do it. Anyone felt the same thing?*shrugs*

Might take up cycling tomorrow morning… if I can get the flat tyres and brake cable fixed. Depending on the weather, I guess.

Going to watch TV.

Morning peeps!

Last night was great. We went out for my friend’s birthday including to the nightclub.

Driving on the way to the city, we drove past who was walking on the way home but wasn’t sure if it was him or not, so I txt’ed him and asked. And it was him. Good to see him in RL(™)

Left the car at my sister’s flat for free parking, went in the flat and gave the birthday girl’s present. Then we all walked to Glasshouse pub for some drinks, chat and enjoy. Then the (rude) staff kicked us out and we made our way to the nightclub (Liquid) till after 2am.

We got home about 3am and headed straight to bed. And I woke up 5 hours later!

Overall it was a great night.

Todat at work, things has been pretty busy.

* 200+ PC delivery from Dell
* Loading 25 PCs and some stuff to a van, so it can be driven to an outreach center for room upgrade
* Setting up laptops for the youth club. Stuff still hasn’t arrived to finish building the server. Hopefully tomorrow.

After work, met up with the missus, had dinner, went to Sainsburys to buy some birthday stuff - my friend’s birthday is today, but she is coming back home from her holiday so we’re going to see her tomorrow for a drink and maybe nightclub along with others.

Should be a fun day tomorrow.

The hardware stuff for the youth club is starting to come bits by bits. So far we have the 4 laptops, a motherboard and some little bits. Ebuyer are saying the rest of the stuff should arrive tomorrow.

Once we got everything, Greg and I will be staying late at work so we can use the workbench to prepare the laptops and build the server.

2MB network link has been installed at the youth club (8MB in Sept or later on), so that’s sorted. Need to arrange to have more power point installed… but yeah things are moving on well so far.

Once everything are up, everyone at the youth club can use the laptops for surfing the ‘net and learning how to use this and that (i.e. writing letter, etc)

The laptops are nice… AMD 64bit, 2.0Ghz, 512MB RAM, 80GB HDD and fingerprint scanner!! And it’s around £600 each… not bad!

My desk is a bit tidy now… just need to find somewhere to pile up the papers! Maybe going to the filing cabinet downstairs…

Anyway, going to finish this off and then head to bed.

Where is the sun? It’s summer! It has been dull & boring all week and I’m starting to feel cold.

Hello all. Tuesday came & went very quick.

Not much to say about today. Just been to work, picked up missus, went to meeting, had dinner and that was it. Just the usual day. So I won’t bore you and allow you to carry on with whatever you’re doing while I do my stuff here.

Hoping for a nice sun tomorrow.

I ordered a 512mb memory last night at about 8pm and it arrived today just before half ten. Well done crucial! Great service.

Just been to my mums house for a chat about their trip to bristol. They enjoyed it.

Tiger is looking good and getting better so far.
Now going to pick up the missus from a club and then we are going to Tesco for some stuff we need for this week.

I had a half day from work today. Finished at 12:30pm, went to a club to meet someone and have a chat and check out the new network cable being installed for internet access.

Then went home for lunch after getting stuck in traffic due to roadworks and relaxing in front of TV.

I decided to take today’s half day because I wanted to finish off the stuff I have piled up here.

We have watched spiderman 2 and around the world in 80 days. now we are watching Constantine. Hopefully a good film.

Today was a good nice day. Staying over at parents house as we are looking after the cats while parents are in bristol. The cats has behaved well so far.

we watched ocean twelve on dvd today. It was good but the first one was better. But it was a good watch anyway.
We are watching CSI on tv at the moment.

Only 5 mins till the weekend. Yay!

Sat: Visit my parents house and feed the cats as they are going to Bristol for the weekend. Stay over there and come back home on Sunday. Makes driving easier than driving all the way back to our home. So yeah, it means we can do some shopping and stuff while still in Norwich.

Need to visit Staples to buy some trays (i.e. In and Out trays) so we can sort out our paperwork here.

Right, going to bed, need sleep, got lts of thigs to do tomorrow!
