Today was pretty a good day.

Work was good. Did lots of stuff done to get them out of the way including renewing the road tax.

In the evening, went out to the city, met up with the missus and went to meet with the others for dinner and chat. It was good and we enjoyed the night.

Afterward, we went to the club and then to the Trafford Arms pub for further chatting & drinking. Planned what to do this weekend - a friend’s birther is due soon so we’re going to have a birthday drinks at the local pub. More outings. Better than during the winter. Spring & Summer are always good.
In other news - I’m going to moan about the state of my study room - I so want to clean it up, but I can’t be arsed to do it because I know it will get messy again as soon as I clean them up. So I dunno what to do. Leave or clean? *shrugs*

IP address can be powerful. A user abused my message board. IP address traces back to a PC in Universty. Even better, it has the computer name. Match computer name on Google and it came up with his profile including his name & age & previous job. Presented that info to him. Let see if that will shut him up.

I need sleep now.

Went to the post office to renew the road tax. Armed with the paperwork I have, I went there, looked at the paperwork - £165.

Handed in the paperwork and the lady in the post office informs me it’s £170 due to the recent budget changes. Gah £5 increase!

But thinking about it… if I received the paperwork where it tells me it’s £165, should I pay for that price or they have some stupid small print where they can say they can change the price anytime they like? I’m going to find that small print. But then it might not worth it as I already paid for it.

I guess this is more of a rant rather than a normal post.

Anyway, hope you all are doing fine. After work, I’m off to meet a group of friends for dinner before heading to the club and then to the pub afterward, hopefully.

Off from last Friday, back to work today. A good long weekend break.

Work was ok. Got my payslip today, but they already paid me last week. So that’s going to my savings and some bills to pay for.

Forgot to renew my road tax today so have to do it tomorrow before it expires on 1st April! Need to find the paperwork to be taken to the post office tomorrow…

Plus lots of other paperwork to do here… I’m sloiw at this. :/ Need to sort out myself! Perhaps this weekend…

Anyway, sleepy time.

MOT & services went well for my car. It failed MOT so needed some repairs and it came up to £200 including labour costs which is not too bad, I think. But it’s all done and I’m happy.
While the car was in the garage, we went to Gt Yarmouth and Lowestoft for some browsing around and shopping. It wasn’t thta good as it was cold and some shops are closed. But we had a good time anyway.
Exhausted now. Need early night.

I woke up this morning. I wandered around the house, wondering where the cats are. And remembered they’ve gone home. Amazing how 2 days can make you miss your cats.

Anyway morning peeps! The 1 hour clock changes affected my sleep pattern and I’m exhausted. :/

I need to take the hired DVD back as we forgot to drop it off yesterday - whoops!

Today was good so far.

Dropped off the cats this morning to my mum’s house. Going to miss these cats.

In the afternoon, spent most of the time driving around, being lazy in front of the TV and eating dinner. In the evening, we watched Tears of the Sun - good film.

Very sleepy now, not sure why. Think I will head to bed soon.

*yawn* Woke up too early today I think.

The cats are meowing… they’re hungry… already! I need to wake up first before going downstairs to feed them.

What a great night. I met someone from London there and was good to chat to him face to face. We usually talk to him via my message board.

And there was many others there, enjoying themselves. So, a good night.

The cats are sleeping, but they’re waking up… think they’re hungry. Better feed them some cat biccy.

As my mum is on holiday to Holland, my sister has been looking after the cats. However their flat is due for a inspection, so I offered to look after the cats.

The cats turned up about 7:30pm and they quickly settled down here which is good. I miss my cats. Heck, I even took some photos!

Youth club, played some games on Playstation (Street Fighter 4) and lost badly to . Afterward, went to Trafford Arms for another drinks. Great chat we had about the old days we was in college, and the good times we had.

Tomorrow is Good Friday, which means NO WORK - w00t, yay.

Finally, the photos of Preston - BSL Day and also Blackpool has been uploaded.

That includes the video of my Walk Of Faith.

Learnt more stuff at work since my move yesterday.

Went to the pub this lunchtime for a drink.

And others are doing lots of moving around in the dept where I work - cupboard, desk, shelves, etc… the area looks a lot bigger now than before where it’s tight. It does look a lot better now.

Finished work late as we had some problems with getting the software to appear on a workstating via SMS for testing - gave up and will do it tomorrow.

I’m going to sort out the photos and upload them soon.

My first day in the new dept went really well. I moved from Hardware to Systems dept.

I got a new desk and new TFT monitor. And I have a shelf! More to learn tomorrow.

I’m still exhausted from the Blackpool trip and I still didn’t have time to upload the photos, hopefully tomorrow.

Going to relax in front of TV.

I’m back (well 4 hours ago). And exhausted. But what a great time.
