Some of you may noticed the big slowness of LJ pages loading yesterday.

Here’s why…

In other news, GOOD MORNING!

My sister’s Graduation Day today went well… with rain.
But still it was good and she dressed up very nicely! Then went to see her coursework on display again and had a read at her comment book from others - very interesting read.

Gave my mum a lift back home and then headed to UEA (where I am at the moment) and am carrying on with improving MRTG stats. It’s looking good so far!

Postman arrived (yeah a bit late!) and delivered my replacement Bluetooth adapater.

The difference between both of them are that the old one only connects devices up to 10 meters where the newer one can connect devices up to 100 meters! Cool.
Now I don’t know what to do with the old box. Maybe sell it on ebay.

After getting MRTG to work, I added some stats to it, like CPU usage, memory usage, network, etc etc and finally went to bed just before 2am.

*yawns*

And I’m up early. And I’m already thinking what to add to the MRTG stats. Sad, eh?
9am - haircut! Going to have my <simonmarshall>head chopped</simonmarshall> today. Need to look clean for my sister’s Graduation Day.

MRTG is a bitch - I’ve finally got it to work!!

Going to leave it running till tomorrow morning and see if it’s successful as I need to get it to collect the stats. If not, I’ll smash it to pieces.
Sleep time!

Work was ok. Did a few jobs, but nothing too busy. Booked this Wed (tomorrow!), Thurs and Friday as holidays - woohoo! I needed some break…

Got home, called the local Ford garage to arrange a date to have my car fixed. Theya re fully booked until next Friday, so have to wait for a bit.

Currently, the problem are:

1) Car boot not shutting properly
2) Front suspection and/or ball bearing is not working right. I can feel it “grinding” when cornering
3) Screen wash bottle tank leaking

1 and 2 should be under warranty, but I know I’ll have to shell out for the new screen wash bottle, so I might not bother telling them about it and try to find a spare from the scrap yard or elsewhere.

Good morning peeps. Looks like everyone are happy with the football last night - there are more England flags when I walked to work! Cars, houses, windows, T-shirt, etc!

I woke up late today, need more sleep to catch up because for some reason my body clock is out of sync. Oh well.

Morning

LAZIED AROUND! mwhaha, it was nice.

Afternoon

Went to the city for shopping. Had lunch and then headed back home. I hoovered the floor and cleared up the living room,. put away some stuff and put clothes in the washing machine. Need to do 2nd load, so will do that tomorrow. Hung up wet clothes to dry off.

4pm came, went to Norwich Airport to pick up my mum, which they went to Italy for 1 week and took them home. Had a chat about the holiday. They had a good time.

Evening

I headed home, got a text message from my sister to go out for dinner with my mum and the whole family. So we went out. Chatted about holiday and other stuff - what a good night.

Home now, feeling full up and relaxing. Work tomorrow. Hoping to take a few days off that week. Not sure when. Need to look at the timetable when I gets to work tomorrow.

Oh yeah and ask to find out if the lecturer has marked my assignment and if so, find out if I have passed or not. Also ask about the exam - if I’ve passed or not. I have a good feeling that I will pass. If I do, then this is the end of my HNC Computing course - yay!

Need to get a drink and maybe watch TV.
